Tuition

We realize that although a family may very much want a Catholic education for their child, it is a huge sacrifice for many. For this reason, we work very hard to find sourcing from areas other than tuition.

The Sacred Heart School Catholic Academy Educational Foundation has been formed to obtain tax free donations from a variety of sources which are used solely for the betterment of the educational process of our students.

Our Home Academy Association continuously works at fundraising endeavors averaging a total income of approximately $100,000 annually. This money goes in its entirety into the school budget, which greatly assists us in keeping tuition as low as possible.

In addition, we are always quick to bring you scholarship opportunities as they become available. We obtained scholarships through the Diocese of Brooklyn Bishops Scholarship Program; the Futures in Education Angel Grant Program; Diocese of Brooklyn PSAS Scholarship Program; The Columbus Citizenship Award Program; and the Italian American Scholarship.

We cannot guarantee that each of these programs will be available for the coming year, but most of them have been available for a few years and we are hopeful that they will continue to be. We can assure you that as each of these and any other programs become available, we will immediately advise you of them.

To assist you in determining if these programs will be of assistance to you, we have included the criteria for some of the Financial Aid information under the Schedule of 2024-2025 tuition and fees section.
